    431 Kim was one of the few small business owners in my Houston class who had previous, “hard core” marketing experience.  In fact, she is the president of a marketing communications agency, called Spotlight Creative.  She’s actually in the marketing trenches, so to speak - so she probably could have taken over from me in the session at any time.  I’m glad she didn’t - she might have shown me up!
