    434  Sam heads the Zerimar Corporation, a Houston-based painting and construction firm.  I met Sam during a marketing seminar for small businesses that I helped run in Houston.  Sam has more then 30 years of construction experience which includes estimating, superintendent and now owner of Zerimar. He’s a Marine veteran, having served from 1976 to 1979.
